Privacy

Last updated: 13 September 2026.

The short version

Continue? is a small, independent site. It doesn't ask you to make an account, doesn't sell your data, and the only cookies in play are the ones Google's advertising sets if this page is showing ads when you read it.

Hosting logs

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub's servers automatically log standard technical information for every visit (things like IP address, browser type and the page requested), for security and reliability purposes. Continue? doesn't access, store or use this data itself. See GitHub's own privacy statement for detail on what they log.

Advertising

Continue? is reader and ad supported, using Google AdSense. If ads are showing, Google may set cookies on your device to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can see and adjust what Google knows for ad purposes at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of personalised advertising generally through the Network Advertising Initiative.

Analytics

Continue? does not currently run any visitor analytics. If that changes, this page will be updated first, and a privacy-respecting option will be prioritised over one that tracks individuals across sites.

Your rights

If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR around any personal data processed about you, primarily relevant here to the advertising cookies described above, which are controlled by Google rather than by Continue? directly. See Google's own privacy policy for how they handle requests.
